Voice actor, solo performer, and musician, exploring the darkness and the political

There are a lot of things in life I’m passionate about. Theatre, film, music, video games, and so forth. I love them all, and as a young man studying for a Theatre degree I’ve been widening my knowledge and interests for three years. I’ve had a keen interest in theatre and performance art for a long time, but it was during my third year that I discovered my passion for voice acting. As such, I decided that I wanted to combine this newfound passion with my existing passions, to create solo performance work that really represents who I am.

The first piece I created that I was particularly proud of in this regard was my third year solo project, Great Music, which can be read about in the projects page. From then on, I have had various ideas for new pieces that can further my development within this type of practice. I am looking to create work that will, among other things: involve me playing bass guitar; feature original characters written and voiced by myself; explore a wide range of themes, from dark mental health themes to satirical political themes.

My voice acting career is also beginning to take off, and to that end I have a series of demo reels that can be found on this site under Voice Reels. I must give my thanks to the lovely people at Voiceover Soho for their excellent work in recording and producing those reels.

I enjoy making playful, fun work, but I also want it to have a purpose beyond entertainment.
